The Museum Promenade is a historical and cultural route created by San Carlos de Guatemala University and Hotel Casa Santo Domingo. It is a route that makes it possible for people from everywhere to visit museum installations in an area that once was used for the church and convent of Santo Domingo and Santo Tomás de Aquino College (Saint Thomas Aquinas).

With profound respect for yesterday and today’s culture we have undertaken the task of building and restoring a colonial monument in order to preserve and highlight the ancient ruins of spanish-colonial style architecture, that due to its relevance deserves to be called a true work of art.
