HOW DOES IT WORK?

Buy gift vouchers online and mail them to someone you love. Vouchers will be stored in an online account and will not expire.
Use the Voucher when you want.
Earn commissions for the purchases of your contacts, participate in raffles and get discount coupons.
Buy with bank loyalty cards to get a discount.
Create birthday reminders and wish lists.

Warranty 1010:

1010 Experiences Vouchers do not expire.

Vouchers not redeemed:

If you have not booked with a provider and have not delivered the validation code, your voucher can be exchanged for any other experience at no cost.

Example: You received a Gift Certificate but do not like the experience, or changed your mind and want to participate in another activity, or a Supplier ceases to function before you have redeemed the Voucher. If you choose a lower amount of experience, we generate a loan to be used in a next purchase.

Redeemed Vouchers:

A Voucher is redeemed when you have made the reservation with the Provider or delivered the Validation Code to a Provider to request payment from 1010 Experiences. Redeemed vouchers can no longer be changed.

Cancellation of a purchase:

For cancellation or cancellation of the purchase, will be charged $ 25 USD for administrative expenses.

Lost vouchers:

If you lost a printed Voucher you must report it so that we can cancel it to avoid use by other people. You can print a new copy in your community account. There are no refunds or exchanges for lost Vouchers that have been redeemed by third parties. If you report a voucher as a lost, we will investigate if it has been used by another person and, at our discretion, we can establish a credit on behalf of the buyer to be used in the purchase of another experience.

Service Claims:

We carefully select our suppliers and only work with recommended and reliable suppliers, but we are not responsible for the quality of service of the Supplier. The expectations of some customers, with respect to the service, may vary from the criteria of others. This happens especially with services such as beauty, restaurants and hotels. We can not guarantee that all services are 100% satisfactory for the taste of each one. If the Provider does not provide the service as offered, or imposes restrictions that are not described in the Voucher, you may request a similar product or service or request a refund from the Provider to contact us for support.
